Kristen Anne Bell (born 1980) is a famous American performer and actress. She was born and raised in Huntington Woods Michigan as the daughter of Lorelei Frygier who was a nurse and Tom Bell - a television director - she is an American actress and singer. Her parents are born in Polish origin (mother), and German, English and Scottish (father). Kristen was already an accomplished performer from a young age. When she was in 1992, the actress went to her first audition, and was able to win an appearance in Raggedy Ann and Andy. Bell's mother established her with an agent when she was thirteen, and she got her first role for television and newspaper commercials. Then she began taking classes in acting. Bell played an uncredited part on Polish Wedding (1998), a film released in 1998. Bell studied at Shrine Catholic High School where she participated in the music and drama club. When her school staged a stage production The Wizard of Oz, Bell was chosen to play Dorothy. After graduating, Bell moved into New York City to attend prestigious Tisch School of the Arts, where she studied musical theater. The year 2001 was the time Bell quit her university in order to play the role of Becky in Tom Sawyer. In 2001, it was also that Bell's first appearance in a movie that had been credited, Pootie Tang (2002). Unfortunately her scene was cut and only the credits depict her. Bell appeared alongside Angela Bettis and Liam Neeson in 2002's Broadway revival of The Crucible.
